No application fees required to begin the process of securing your next home!
We request basic indentification information: a copy of Government Issued ID (Driver's license or Passport), three most recent pay-stubs from your place of employment, and current home address. For retirees, we may request other documents for proof-of-income via savings.
Screening criteria include a rent to income ratio not exceeding 40%. A guarantor may be required to strengthen an application (also known as a co-signer).
Yes, all applications will go through a credit screening process.
Proof of renter's insurance is required before handover of keys.
12 month fixed lease term agreements for new move-ins.
